TereaVibe (tereavibe.ae) is an independent, third-party retailer. We are not IQOS, and we are not Philip Morris International (PMI) or any of its subsidiaries, distributors, or official representatives.

TereaVibe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to IQOS, Philip Morris International, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates. Any impression of association is unintentional and not implied by us in any official capacity.

We are simply an independent business that purchases and resells genuine IQOS Terea Iluma products to customers in the United Arab Emirates who want a convenient, local buying option.

2. Use of Trademarks and Brand Names

“IQOS,” “Terea,” “Terea Iluma,” and related logos, names, and trademarks are the property of Philip Morris International and/or its affiliates (“Trademark Owners”). All rights, title, and interest in these trademarks belong exclusively to their respective owners.

We use these trademarks and brand names on our website solely for the following purposes:

  • To identify and describe the genuine products we sell
  • To help customers find and recognize the specific product they are looking to purchase
  • To accurately represent the products available in our store

This use is descriptive and referential in nature — commonly known as “nominative fair use” — and is intended only to inform customers about which products we offer, not to suggest any partnership, sponsorship, authorization, or official relationship with the Trademark Owners.

We take reasonable care to source and sell genuine, authentic IQOS Terea Iluma products. Any product-related warranty or support inquiries that fall under the manufacturer’s own policies should be directed to the official IQOS channels, where applicable.

Any statements, promotions, pricing, or offers found on tereavibe.ae are made solely by TereaVibe, as an independent business, and are not made on behalf of, or with the approval of, IQOS or Philip Morris International.

6. No Health or Product Claims

TereaVibe does not make any health-related claims about IQOS Terea Iluma products, including but not limited to claims regarding reduced risk, safety, or suitability compared to other tobacco or nicotine products. Any such information should be sought directly from the official manufacturer or relevant regulatory health authorities. Our products are intended for adult users only, in accordance with UAE regulations on tobacco-related products.

7. Trademark Owner Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer, or elsewhere on tereavibe.ae, should be interpreted as granting any license or right to use the trademarks, logos, or intellectual property of IQOS or Philip Morris International beyond the limited, descriptive use outlined above.
